Matt has been very active in Laguna Niguel since moving there in 1997 and raising four children. He has coached in the Rancho Niguel Little League, Laguna Niguel Girls Softball, AYSO Soccer, and the Laguna Niguel Youth Soccer Association.  He brought two boys and two girls through the YMCA Indian Guides and Indian Princesses programs respectively. The DeWeese family are founding members of the Aliso Niguel High School Football Booster Club and are active in supporting the Aliso Niguel Instrumental Music Boosters as well.  Matt enjoys watching the Dodgers nightly and USC Football Trojans in the fall.  He also plays handball 3-4 times per week and competes regularly in tournaments both locally and nationally.

 

Dean enjoys an active lifestyle that includes working out, playing basketball and coaching his kids. His wife, Kelli is a substitute teacher at the their kids elementary school, Marian Bergeson Elementary School in Laguna Niguel and they are both very involved in their kids schools which also include Niguel Hills Middle School and Dana Hills High School. Dean has coached for the following organizations;  AYSO, Dana Point Community Basketball, NJB, NJB-All Net, Rancho Niguel Little League and Orange County Junior All American Football, (OCJAAF). He has also been involved in the YMCA with their Y-Guides and Y-Princess programs. He is a member of Coast Hills Community Church and the UCLA Alumni Association.  In his spare time, he enjoys watching the Lakers, as well as UCLA Basketball and Football games and is currently Dana Hills High School's Varsity Assistant Coach for girls basketball.
